About this Event

The end of the first lockdown allowed GCF a short period to reflect and rebuild.

Crucially, we also used this time to undertake an important analysis of current local needs.

The results of our research, presented in a report, will be shared for the first time at this event. This report has provided evidence that will help shape some of our work now and into the future. These findings will enable us to continue to offer support where it is most needed.

We want to invite our local community to hear our findings and open up a conversation on what we have learnt so far. Also encouraging a conversation on how the charity sector plans to move forward in 2021.

The event will be lead by our CEO Talitha Nelson, who will present and open up the conversation on the four main sections of our findings:

1. The impact of Covid-19 on services.

2. The impact of Covid-19 on finances.

3. Barriers to recovery.

4. Support needed to bounce back, plan and rebuild for the future.
