The Freemasons Fund was established with the Foundation in 2010.

Their original investment was matched by the government as part of the Office of the Third Sector's Grassroots Grants endowment building programme for Community Foundations.

Grants of between £250 and £2000 are available.

Groups and organisations in Gloucestershire working to benefit local communities and to improve the lives of disadvantaged people in Gloucestershire:

We aim to fund projects working with:

  • older people
  • those with disabilities and
  • young people facing disadvantage.

How much can you apply for?

Grants of between £250 and £2000

Deadline for application submissions

There are usually three rounds of panel decisions during the year. The closing dates for applications during 2019 are:

Friday 5th March 2021 (decisions due in April/May)

Friday 2nd July 2021 (decisions due in September)

Friday 15th October 2021 (decisions due in December)

Applications to be submitted by 12 noon.
