What is the Edith Foster and Mary Playne Fund?

Gloucestershire County Council sought permission from the Charity Commission to bring them together in 2005 and administered the Trust on behalf of the Trustees. The Trust was transferred to Gloucestershire Community Foundation in 2011 and has been administered by the foundation since.
