Our work – Our stories

At GCF we are committed to being more than a grant giving organisation. We aim to provide support and leadership to the charity sector in Gloucestershire, as part of this commitment, we run the INVEST Leadership Programme, offering mentoring and a peer to peer programme for charity leaders in the county. Run in partnership with The Honourable Company of Gloucestershire and The Cranfield Trust, INVEST matches charity leaders with mentors, to help them think differently about issues and explore new ways of doing things. The Peer To Peer Programme then offers a chance for charity leaders to develop their wider Gloucestershire networks, supporting partnership and collaborative working.
