This photo is a collage made up of 18 individual portraits arranged in three rows and six columns. Each portrait features a different person, and they all appear to be smiling or expressing a neutral, welcoming demeanour. The individuals represent a diverse mix of ages, genders, and ethnic backgrounds, suggesting a community-focused or inclusive initiative. The setting seems casual and warm, with people dressed in everyday clothing, and some wearing aprons or uniforms that may indicate they are volunteers or staff members. The overall tone of the image conveys friendliness, diversity, and community spirit.

"Gloucestershire Community Foundation have long supported us at Priors Park Neighbourhood Project with contributions towards essential core funding, often at times in the early days where reserves were very low. Core funding is often the hardest to find, especially for a small charity. To thank and offer GCF some team building time, we invited team members to take part in a pottery workshop with our creative facilitator Laura where it was a very successful day."

"We just love GCF, our local funder - you understand the issues we have in the county around rural poverty and isolation, lack of provision for young people and inclusion in mainstream activities. Always happy to welcome you to look around and join in!"

INSPIRING IMPACTFUL PHILANTHROPY

Community partnerships are key to achieving our goals, fostering long-term relationships helps us achieve meaningful impact and transforms lives.

We match donors with causes they care about, managing and distributing funds that get money to where it really matters.

We connect people with communities, deploying our knowledge of the local charitable landscape, and the social sector, to allocate grants where they will achieve maximum impact. We work with charities, social enterprises and community interest companies across Gloucestershire to improve people’s lives. Our advice helps donors to make informed decisions when it comes to which causes to support within your local area.

If you want to be more flexible with your giving or are unsure how to set up a fund to benefit your local community, we can help.

Inspiring local philanthropy: we provide help and advice to those who want to give at the heart of their communities, both now and in the long-term.

Team GCF complete Cheltenham Half!

The bottom half of the image is an illustrated scene of a group of diverse runners, both men and women, participating in a half-marathon through a scenic, tree-lined path. The runners are wearing numbered bibs and athletic gear, and the illustration evokes a vibrant, energetic, and community-focused atmosphere. The image promotes the participation of GCF in the Cheltenham (Chelt) Half-Marathon as a fundraising or community engagement effort." alt="alt">
