Help Make a Difference

If you want to make a difference in Gloucestershire, this is where to start:

The Gloucestershire Community Foundation (GCF) is dedicated to funding community based action that improves the lives of Gloucestershire's most disadvantaged. Child poverty, unemployment, isolation, homelessness, domestic violence, people with life limiting illness and excluded young people are just some of the issues we're tackling.

GCF has distributed grants in Gloucestershire for 26 years.  With a permanent endowment of £5.5million, in 2015 we distributed grants worth over £235,000 to more than 100 different organisations in Gloucestershire, making a real difference to the lives of those most in need in our community.

We're your community foundation - please join us.

We have appointed Catherine Kevis as our new Development Director

Catherine has a community sector background, mainly in social housing, working with vulnerable people.

For the last ten years Catherine has worked in Gloucestershire and Worcestershire, as interim CEO of GAVCA, and previously as a Director in a local housing association, as well as a board member of SITRA and on the committee of the National Housing Federation in the South West region.
